Displayed model range

Use module format before wattage to narrow the shortlist

The current catalogue has four physical format groups. The ranges below summarize displayed model data for discovery; they do not imply current stock, interchangeable models, or approval for a particular project.

TC54N compact format · 430–455 W

Two 108 half-cell, 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm models at 21.0 kg for space-conscious rooftop comparisons. Confirm each model's electrical values and construction separately.

TC72N commercial format · 550–580 W

Two 144 half-cell, 2278 × 1134 × 30 mm models at 27.4–27.8 kg. Compare roof geometry, handling, string design, and model-matched documents.

TC66N standard-width format · 585–620 W

Three 132 half-cell, 2382 × 1134 × 30 mm models at 33.7 kg for C&I and project shortlists. Check current and voltage against the selected inverter.

TC66N wide format · 650–720 W

Four 132 half-cell, 2384 × 1303 × 33 mm models at 38.3 kg. The wider format changes handling, packing, mounting, tracker, and site-layout inputs.

Technical shortlist

Six checks that a TOPCon label cannot replace

TOPCon identifies a cell architecture route. It does not by itself establish project yield, efficiency, bifacial gain, string compatibility, structural suitability, warranty, certification, or destination acceptance.

Power, efficiency and test basis

Compare rated power and efficiency on the exact datasheet and stated test basis. A higher wattage can also come with a larger module footprint.

Voc, Vmp, Isc and Imp

Use exact electrical values, string length, parallel strings, site temperatures, and inverter input limits in the responsible designer's calculations.

Temperature coefficients

Check model-specific voltage, current, and power temperature coefficients. Do not transfer a value from another TOPCon model or product revision.

Dimensions, mass and mounting

Match length, width, thickness, weight, frame, clamp guidance, connector, and cable details to racking, handling, transport, and installation constraints.

Glass and rear-side construction

Verify dual-glass or other construction, bifacial status, rear-side conditions, frame, junction box, and connector for the exact offered model.

Loads, files and destination review

Request model-matched load guidance, datasheet, certificates, warranty terms, packing data, and destination documents; local parties confirm final acceptance.

Evidence boundaries

Keep catalogue comparison separate from project approval

A responsible RFQ preserves the full model code and document revision from shortlist through order review. These boundaries prevent a technology name or similar wattage from becoming an unsupported performance or compliance claim.

Technology is not a yield promise

TOPCon alone does not quantify energy yield, low-light output, degradation, bifacial gain, or lifetime performance for a site.

Wattage is not interchangeability

Modules with similar rated power can differ in size, mass, voltage, current, construction, connectors, mounting guidance, and packing.

Documents are model-specific

Certificates, test reports, warranties, load ratings, and installation instructions must cover the exact model, suffix, revision, and intended market.

Catalogue is not live order status

Displayed models do not imply price, stock, MOQ, lead time, production allocation, or shipment readiness; these are confirmed in the quotation.

Continue the project review

Use the project solution to frame the system context, then use the buyer guide to record the exact model, design inputs, documents, and substitution controls.

TOPCon module FAQ

Questions to close before selecting a TOPCon module

Use these answers to prepare a defensible shortlist. Final electrical, structural, installation, documentation, and market decisions remain project-specific.

What does TOPCon mean when selecting a solar module?

TOPCon describes a passivated-contact solar-cell architecture. It is a useful technology filter, but the exact module still has to be compared by rated power, efficiency, electrical values, temperature coefficients, dimensions, mass, construction, mounting guidance, documents, and commercial order conditions.

Are all displayed TOPCon modules bifacial and dual-glass?

Do not assume that every TOPCon module shares the same construction or rear-side performance. Confirm dual-glass or other construction, bifacial status, any stated bifacial parameters, rear-side installation conditions, frame, junction box, and connector on the exact model documentation.

Can two TOPCon modules be substituted if their wattage is similar?

Not without a new technical review. Similar wattage does not prove matching dimensions, mass, Voc, Vmp, Isc, Imp, temperature behavior, connector, cable, mounting zones, load guidance, packing, certificates, or warranty coverage. Keep the full model code and revision in the approval record.

What should a TOPCon solar module RFQ include?

Include the exact model or target range, quantity, application, destination, site temperature and structural inputs, inverter and string constraints, preferred construction, requested certificates and warranty files, packing limits, delivery target, and any approved-vendor or appearance requirements.
